Position Overview: Service Technician
Deliver exceptional service by applying commercial and/or residential roofing products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
- Starting at $22/hour. Bring your experience to the forefront, and you might earn up to $25/hour!
Your Day-to-Day:
- Engage in the removal and application of diverse commercial and/or residential roofing products.
- Be the solution by identifying customer issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely repairs.
- Embody professionalism. This involves clear communication, understanding customer concerns, and articulating our expert recommendations and options.
- Keep meticulous records of existing conditions, recommendations, work done, and materials procured.
- Occasionally undertake carpentry tasks.
- Apply metal flashing and trim as dictated by specific roofing systems.
- Ensure the daily cleanliness of job sites.
- Adhere to the highest safety standards, as prescribed by Ledegar Roofing and OSHA.
- Execute any additional duties for seamless operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Individuals aged 18 or above.
- Those with prior roofing experience.
- Fearless climbers, comfortable with ladders, and working at heights.
- Skilled hands comfortable with basic tools.
- Those who can carry 30lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Resilience in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A high school diploma or its equivalent.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Team players, but also individuals who can shine when working solo.

As a valued member of our team, you’ll report directly to a foreman or a lead man, overseen by either the Commercial Field Supervisor or the Residential Department Manager.
