Position Overview: Roofing Installer
Immerse yourself in the diverse world of roofing with the application of commercial and/or residential roofing products.
Compensation:
- Starting at $20/hour. Remember, if you bring experience to the table, there’s potential for even more!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the removal and application of various commercial and/or residential roofing products.
- Undertake carpentry tasks as the situation demands.
- Apply metal flashing and trim work in line with the specific roofing system.
- Maintain daily cleanliness of job sites.
- Uphold the highest safety standards as mandated by Ledegar Roofing and OSHA.
- Execute any other duties necessary for the smooth running of operations.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Fearless when it comes to ladders and heights.
- Skilled in working on both high-roof and steeply sloped areas.
- Proficient with basic hand tools.
- Capable of carrying weights: 30lbs frequently, and up to 50lbs occasionally.
- Resilient in diverse weather conditions.
- Effective communication with team members.
- Holds a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Possesses a current driver’s license, and open to obtaining a CDL if necessary.
- Team players, but also individuals who can excel autonomously when required.
